James E. Heath has over 41 years of legal experience. He received a BA in Journalism at The Ohio State University, June 1971, and earned a Juris Doctor at the University of Mississippi, May 1974. In August 1971, he became a commissioned 2nd Lt. in the United States Army Reserve at Indiantown Gap Military Reservation, became a Captain in the United States Army—Judge Advocate General’s Corp in June 1974, and was released from active duty, honorable discharge, June 1977.
Attorney Heath was employed as a Prosecutor in Springfield, Ohio, at the Clark County Prosecutor's Office, from June 27, 1977-Sept. 12, 1977. After leaving the Prosecutor's office he joined the firm of Ronemus & Hines, Co., L.P.A , and became a partner in 1980. Attorney Ronemus passed away in 2009. Mr. Heath is now the sole owner of the law practice.
